Welcome to TripDraft
TripDraft is a professional quotation builder for Indian travel agents. This guide walks you through setting up your account and creating your first quote.
Step 1 - Create your account
Go to tripdraft.in/signup and sign up with Google (recommended) or email and password.
Google sign-in is faster - one click, no password to remember.
Step 2 - Complete onboarding (3 steps, under 3 minutes)
Step 1 - Your studio: Enter your agency name and your name. These appear on every quotation you send.
Step 2 - Branding: Upload your company logo (JPG, PNG, or SVG, max 5MB). Set your primary and secondary brand colours. Pick a font pairing.
Step 3 - Pick a theme: Choose your default PDF theme from 6 options. You can change this per quote at any time.
Step 3 - Create your first quote
After onboarding, you land on the New Quote page. You have two options:
Option A - Paste an enquiry (recommended): Paste any WhatsApp message or email from a client. TripDraft's AI extracts the destination, dates, number of travellers, and client details automatically.
Option B - Quick Quote: Fill in a simple form manually. No AI, no day-by-day - just the essentials. Ready in under 30 seconds.
Step 4 - Share with your client
Once your quote is ready, click Send on WhatsApp in the quote actions bar. This opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message including the quote link.
Your client opens the link on their phone, sees a beautifully designed quote, and can accept with one tap.
