Terms of Service

By creating a TripDrafts account or using the TripDrafts platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TripDrafts is a product of WhereTo Studios, a company registered in India. References to "TripDrafts," "we," "us," or "our" refer to WhereTo Studios.

TripDrafts provides a web-based quotation and itinerary builder for Indian travel agents. The platform enables you to create branded PDF quotations, share them with clients, and manage your travel business workflow.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must be a travel agent, tour operator, or travel business professional to use TripDrafts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others. Team addon seats are available on the Pro plan.
• You must provide accurate information during signup and keep it up to date.

The free plan includes 10 quotations per month. PDFs generated on the free plan carry a "Created with TripDrafts by WhereTo" watermark.

• Pro Monthly (₹699/month + GST): Billed monthly. Cancels at the end of the current billing period. No refund for the current period.
• Pro Yearly (₹6,710/year + GST): Billed annually. Pro-rated refund available within 7 days of payment if unused. Pause up to 2 months per year. Saves ₹1,678 (20% off monthly rate).
• Addon seat (₹399/seat/month or ₹3,830/seat/year + GST): Add a manager or staff member to your Pro workspace. Billed manually alongside your Pro subscription. Removing a seat reverts that member to the free plan.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• GST: 18% GST is added to all subscription payments. A GST tax invoice is emailed after each payment.
• Payment failure: If a payment fails, your account enters a 3-day grace period. If not resolved, your account is downgraded to the free plan.

You may not use TripDrafts to:

• Send fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive quotations to clients.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others outside of the team seats feature.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than travel quotation and itinerary creation.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent the free plan quote limit or watermark.

Your content: Your quotes, client data, logos, and uploaded files remain your property. You grant TripDrafts a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide the service.

Our platform: TripDrafts owns all rights to the platform, themes, templates, AI models, and underlying technology. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.

TripDrafts uses our AI provider to parse enquiries and generate itinerary content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point - you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated text before sending it to clients.

TripDrafts is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or profits arising from use of the platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in quotations you create.
• Client disputes arising from quotations sent via TripDrafts.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid to TripDrafts in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On deletion, your data is removed within 30 days (except GST invoices retained for 7 years as required by law).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes by contacting us at support@tripdrafts.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of TripDrafts after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
