Downloading a PDF
Open any quote and click Download PDF in the actions bar. TripDraft generates a branded PDF using Puppeteer and downloads it to your device.
PDF generation takes 5–15 seconds depending on the number of blocks and images.
Switching themes
Every quote has a theme. To change it:
- Open the quote
- Click Theme in the actions bar
- Browse all 45 themes across 8 categories
- Click any theme to preview it
- Click Apply theme to save
You can also set a default theme in Company → Branding - all new quotes use this theme automatically.
The 45 themes
TripDraft has 45 PDF themes across 8 categories:
- Luxury International (8) - for Dubai, Maldives, Europe, Seychelles
- Domestic India (10) - for Rajasthan, Kerala, Himachal, Goa, and more
- Honeymoon & Romance (6) - soft palettes, romantic typography
- Family & Group (5) - bright, cheerful, readable
- Adventure & Outdoors (5) - bold, energetic
- Corporate & MICE (4) - clean, professional
- Cruise & Specialty (4) - nautical, expedition
- Document & Utility (3) - plain white for invoices and visa letters
Adding your logo
Go to Company → Branding and upload your logo. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG. Maximum size: 5MB.
Your logo appears on every PDF - top left by default. You can change the position to centre or right in the branding settings.
Setting brand colours
In Company → Branding, set your primary and secondary colours. These are used as accent colours in your PDFs - headings, table headers, and section dividers.
Cover images
Each quote can have a cover image. On the quote detail page, click Cover Image in the sidebar to:
- Search Unsplash for destination photos (curated collections per destination)
- Upload your own image
The cover image appears as a full-bleed background on the PDF cover page.
Free plan watermark
Free plan PDFs have a "Created with TripDraft by WhereTo" watermark at the bottom. Upgrade to Pro to remove it.
PDF quality
TripDraft generates A4 PDFs at print quality. File size is typically 1–3MB for a 10-page quote with images.
If your PDF is over 5MB, try using a smaller cover image or reducing the number of image blocks.
