What is the Visa Centre?
The Visa Centre is a tool inside TripDraft that helps you:
- Check visa requirements for any country for Indian passport holders
- Generate document checklists to share with clients
- Create pre-filled visa documents (covering letters, NOCs, embassy itineraries)
It covers 66 countries - all the destinations Indian agents most commonly quote.
Checking visa requirements
Go to Visa Centre in the sidebar. Search for a country or browse the grid.
Each country card shows:
- Visa type (required / e-visa / visa on arrival / visa free)
- Processing time
- Approximate fee in INR
- Key documents required
Click a country to see the full requirements, checklist, and document generation options.
Generating a document checklist
On any country detail page, click Download Checklist. This generates a clean, professional PDF checklist formatted for Indian passport holders.
The checklist has no TripDraft branding - it looks like an official document your client can trust. You can add your agency logo at the top.
Creating visa documents
On the country detail page, click Generate Documents to create:
- Tourist Covering Letter - from the traveller to the embassy
- NOC from Employer - on company letterhead format
- NOC from Spouse/Parent - for solo travellers
- Embassy Itinerary - clean day-by-day format for visa submission
- Hotel Booking Confirmation - for agents who book directly
- Flight Booking Reference - when tickets aren't yet issued
All fields auto-fill from the linked quote if you came from a quote page. Edit any field before generating.
Linking to a quote
Inside any international quote, you'll see a banner: "International trip - visa documents needed?"
Click Generate visa docs → to open the Visa Centre pre-filled with the client's travel dates, destination, and names from the quote.
Supported countries
TripDraft covers 66 countries including:
Visa Free: Nepal, Bhutan, Mauritius, Seychelles, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka
Visa on Arrival: Maldives, Thailand, Bali (Indonesia), Jordan, Cambodia, Qatar, Fiji
E-Visa: Dubai (UAE), Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia, and more
Visa Required: USA, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, and all Schengen countries

Visa rules change frequently. TripDraft shows a "last verified" date on every entry. Always verify current requirements with the official embassy before advising clients.
