Graz is Austria's second city and one of Europe's best-preserved Renaissance towns, with a UNESCO-listed old town that climbs dramatically up the Schlossberg hill. Smart casual covers all situations. Graz is a student city with a relaxed dress culture. Bring smart attire only for Oper (opera house) or upmarket Schlossberg restaurant evenings.
