Safety
safeCasablanca is Morocco's business capital and generally safe for tourists. Petty theft, pickpocketing in the old medina and train stations, and persistent touts can be bothersome. The Corniche beach area is safe by day but quiet areas should be avoided after dark. Avoid Central Market area at night.
